Hosting '07.
I'm finally done with the cooking. 3 whole hours of slogging it out in the kitchen, and I think I've done pretty well. So the green papaya turned out to be half ripe.. and I had to improvise quite a bit on the pad thai.. but I think all's good for now!
Guest list has had a sudden increase. Good, but I hope none go home hungry, I hope I've got enough food to keep them all happy! There's always that two cartons of Doritos... hahaha.
Time to shower!
