The Aussie Diaries - Sydney Day 1
Made it to Sydney just in time for dinner. It was quite a walk through relentless rain, but we managed to snag seats at the Rockpool bar. Take that, Melbourne! The hanging glasses are a signature installation, but I can't remember just how many there are.
It was so good to finally catch up with Karen, who I think is one of the nicest people on earth.
It was my first proper vacay with bitch too, after our very short 2008 Bintan getaway.
I think I forgot to take pics of the wagyu burger, but it really didn't quite live up to all that hype. Are you spotting a pattern here?
