Hello stranger + Easter brunch menu planning

It's been a long while, but I haven't exactly been inspired, what with the dismal trip to India and the long-drawn repercussions of our stomach bug. I will get around to reflecting on 2012's last trip to my temporarily adopted motherland, but I have more pressing issues for now, like planning the menu for Sunday's Easter brunch. So far I've decided to go with a mix of recipes I have to test for work and dishes I want to cook just for the heck of it. How does this sound?

Starter: Shop-bought corn chips with homemade guacamole and herb yoghurt
I may throw in a simple salsa too, depending on how the market produce looks.

Main: Soft tacos with Korean kimchi pork
I like both recipes, so I'll mix and make it up as I go along.

Palate cleanser: Choya jelly
Killing two birds with one stone here.

Dessert: No-bake Oreo and peanut butter pie
This is a little out of place, but I love that it's make-ahead, and what's Easter without a decadent chocolate treat?
