So it seems the previous post wasn't my last pre-Bangkok entry afterall. Left with a couple of minutes before I'm due to leave for the airport so I thought I'd do a quick post.
That's my 'luggage' you see up there. I ditched the whole idea of lugging a wheelie luggage. Mine's SO HUGE it's embarrassing. So my 5 days' worth of essentials are there in that black carryall. So cool huh? I feel so F.I.T-ish. If only I owned a backpack! But I'll prolly end up going back to the hotel to find knife slits all over and my stuff missing, so this' a better choice.
Loads of smses streaming in from friends wishing me a good trip. I'm so pleasantly surprised and touched that they remember I'm taking off today! (Or are you guys buttering me up for souvenirs... heh heh.) Alright, off I go. For your sake and mine, let's hope I come back with LOADS of good pictures and tales to tell.
