The recipe for these Butterfly Cupcakes asked for double cream and raspberry jam. I'm not a fan of cream, and I've had it with red jams; thus I made an uncalculated but smart substitute of cottage cheese and apricot jam. I may try strawberry jam and cream cheese for the next batch though. I've never been one for visual presentations, but these look kinda pretty no?
I feel the domestic goddess fighting to be let out. Haha!
