Home. Sweet, sweet home.
An hour before the flight landed in beloved Changi, my heartbeat doubled, and I could finally understand why despite the anticipation, Berty and Romain were also apprehensive about returning to France.
Four months is really nothing, but far greater changes have happened over mere seconds.
Well, home is really quite like how I left it, and God bless the Singapore government for pedestrian walkways. I'll leave the deeper contemplations for the day when I have time to actually sit still and think.
It's 1 a.m. and only 11:30p.m. India time, but it's time for bed.
I have a brunch date with my favourite girl at my favourite cafe tomorrow.
