I keep wishing I were somewhere else, walking down a strange new street
I thought today's run was pretty good, though I wasn't quite in good form. Ms. Cindy Crawford's lunges, kicks and what-nots yesterday have left me aching quite a bit. Haha.
The weather was all sunny and dry when we started out, but it started to feel like a race against the storm clouds 3/4 into our journey. It was quite a scary sight with all the darkness looming behind. Despite skipping our planned tea at the railway station, we never did quite make it to shelter before the rain poured. But it was fun, sprinting through rain to my place where we spent an hour drying our sweat and rain drenched bodies, having coffee, watching mtvs and laughing as Ken sang "My Humps". Imagine Ashton Kutcher doing that. Hilarious.
I think my lack of sleep has gotten me a tad feverish. Off for some shut-eye before I zip off to meet Eileen. We're gonna have tea at this place at Mohd Sultan Joyce recommended. The cakes are apparently extremely deli. Mmm.
